Refund and replacement policy

Before delivery

An eligible order may be cancelled before processing or irreversible delivery begins, subject to payment fees and fraud checks.

After delivery

Delivered license keys, downloads, activated subscriptions and completed top-ups are generally not refundable unless the delivered item is invalid and cannot be replaced under the listed product terms.

Replacement process

• Open a support ticket with the order ID.
• Provide the requested evidence without exposing unrelated sensitive information.
• Allow the support team to verify and attempt replacement.
• Refund review begins when replacement is impossible and policy conditions are met.

Custom services

Deposits, completed milestones and approved work may be non-refundable. The project scope should define cancellation and revision rules before work begins.
